    Sushi Rolling Experience

    Sushi Making Experience is an opportunity to learn how to make sushi by receiving direct guidance from a skilled sushi chef. Participants will learn basic techniques such as how to form sushi and make vinegared rice. First, the experienced sushi chef will demonstrate the technique of making sushi. The chef will show how to properly shape the vinegared rice (shari), and then participants will have the chance to try it themselves. Participants will take the vinegared rice in their hands, place the fish (neta) on top, and make nigiri sushi. Under the guidance of the chef, participants will learn tips and techniques for making sushi perfectly. After making the sushi, participants can taste the sushi they have made. The taste of sushi made with your own hands is exceptional, and you can enjoy it with other participants. Through the process of making sushi, you will also learn about Japanese food culture and etiquette.
