Payment & Cancellation
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by credit card only.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation fees typically apply as follows:

・Cancellation on or after the 10th day before the tour: 20% of the tour fee
・Cancellation on or after the 7th day before the tour: 30% of the tour fee
・Cancellation on the day before the tour: 40% of the tour fee
・Cancellation on the day of the tour: 50% of the tour fee
・No-show or cancellation after the tour has started: 100% of the tour fee

Booking & Reservations
Until when can I book a tour?
For tours with instant bookings, last-minute bookings may be possible depending on availability.
For tours requiring “Request Booking (RQ)”, we need to contact the facility to confirm availability. In such cases, for bookings on the day before or the same day of the tour, please call us directly.
Please note that we may not be able to confirm your reservation if the facility is closed or fully booked.

What information do I need to provide when booking?
For all tours, you are required to enter a valid email address and the full names of all participants.
A confirmation email will be sent to the registered address, so please make sure it is entered correctly.
For tours with age restrictions, you may also be asked to provide participants' dates of birth. Additional questions may vary depending on the specific tour.

Will a tour guide be with us?
Most tours include an English-speaking guide. Please check the specific tour description for confirmation.
Can I join the tour as a solo traveler?
Yes! Solo travelers are always welcome.
Are children allowed to join?
It depends on the tour. Some experiences, like bar or nightlife tours, are for adults only. Please check the age restrictions on the tour page.
Meeting Point & On the Day
Where is the meeting point?
Meeting points vary by tour but are usually located near major train stations. You can find the exact location on the tour detail page.
What happens on the day of the tour?
You will meet your guide at the designated location, and the tour will begin. The itinerary, transportation, and meal information are available on the tour page.
