Outline
Day 1 – Tokyo
Arrive in Tokyo and begin your journey in Japan.
Day 2 – Mt. Fuji / Kyoto
Travel from Tokyo to the Mt. Fuji area. Visit the Lake Kawaguchi area, where you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of Mt. Fuji. Stop at scenic viewpoints such as the Panoramic Ropeway and visit Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. After exploring the area, transfer to the station and take the Nozomi Shinkansen to Kyoto.
Day 3 – Kyoto
Begin the day with a visit to Fushimi Inari Taisha, famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates that create a spectacular path through the forest. Continue with a traditional tea ceremony experience to learn about Japanese culture. Later, explore the historic Gion district, known for its preserved streets and traditional atmosphere, and enjoy Kyoto’s local cuisine.
Day 4 – Kyoto
Discover the scenic Arashiyama area in western Kyoto. Walk through the famous Bamboo Grove and explore the charming streets filled with local shops. Visit Kinkaku-ji (the Golden Pavilion), one of Kyoto’s most iconic temples, beautifully covered in gold leaf and surrounded by a peaceful garden.
Day 5 – Osaka / Hiroshima
Travel to Osaka and explore the lively downtown area. Walk through the colorful streets of Dotonbori, known for its bright signs and street food, and visit Kuromon Market, a popular food market offering a variety of local specialties. After sightseeing, transfer to the station and take the Shinkansen to Hiroshima.
Day 6 – Hiroshima / Miyajima
Visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, a place dedicated to the memory of the atomic bomb victims and a symbol of peace. Afterwards, take a ferry to Miyajima Island and visit Itsukushima Shrine, famous for its iconic torii gate that appears to float on the sea. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of this sacred island before returning.
Day 7 – Tokyo
Take the Nozomi Shinkansen back to Tokyo. After arrival, explore the upscale Ginza district, known for its luxury shops, department stores, and modern city atmosphere. You may also enjoy shopping or relaxing in one of the many cafés.
Day 8 – Tokyo
Experience the modern and artistic side of Tokyo with a visit to teamLab Planets, an immersive digital art museum. Afterwards, stroll through the Tsukiji Outer Market, where you can taste fresh seafood and a variety of Japanese street foods.
Day 9 – Tokyo
Visit Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, the oldest temple in Tokyo, and walk along the lively Nakamise shopping street. Later, explore the fashionable districts of Harajuku and Omotesando, known for trendy boutiques, stylish cafés, and unique street culture.
Day 10 – Tokyo
The tour concludes in Tokyo. After breakfast, participants prepare for departure and continue their onward journey.
